This hotel is centrally located and convenient for exploring the nearby shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Rooms are spacious and have functional bathrooms. Service is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is diverse and mouth-watering.
The hotel staff struggled with English, making communication difficult for non-Portuguese speakers.

The breakfast was satisfying with a wide range of options. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city's attractions and local shops. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home.
The hotel's renovation work was a bit noisy, causing some disturbance during our stay. The lack of TV channels was limiting, especially during downtime.

Spent Easter at a hotel in Brazil and had a wonderful time. Loved the spacious and comfortable room along with the delicious Brazilian breakfast and the friendly staff who made our stay enjoyable. the location was perfect, close to restaurants and shops, and easy to get around. It was great to have a pool to relax by during the day.
the noise from the renovations was quite bothersome, and there were not many TV channels to choose from.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is close to everything in Porto Seguro downtown. The staff was helpful, and some even spoke English, making my stay even easier. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, with both cold and warm options available. Finally, the room was clean and well equipped.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
